Hillary and Matt are excitedly awaiting their first baby and they were eager to document this milestone in their lives. They were searching for classic, traditional maternity photos and they wanted a studio session, so we secured The Lightbox Studio in Annapolis, Maryland.
Hillary was gorgeous in green when they arrived and we created dreamy photos highlighting her beautiful baby bump. Bringing Matt into the pictures just added to the sweetness as they thought about how their lives are about to grow and change.
We planned for an outfit change, and blue was the color of choice to highlight the fact that they will be having a sweet baby boy! Hillary was dreamy in a flowing baby blue gown.
These two are high school sweethearts, who grew up in Michigan. Hillary came to Maryland for law school, and Matt joined her here a few years later. Now Matt works as a nurse in the hospital where Hillary plans to deliver their first child.
I could not get enough of watching the two of them together. The love that they have for one another and for the life that they are creating together was apparent and a beautiful thing to witness.
Hillary and Matt, thank you for allowing me the honor of documenting this milestone in your lives. I enjoyed our time together and I cannot wait to meet your sweet baby boy.
